Finally, my Dutch spiral :)

It was an odyssey to complete. I had bought the Miyuki bugles and started making the spiral, and then I found that they weren't enough to make the entire necklace, so I finished it on both sides with a Russian spiral in seed beads.

I finished it last night and when I woke up and wanted to take some pictures, the sky was cloudy and it was windy as well, so this was the best I could do with the weather conditions. The bugles look a bit darker in the photo. Maybe I'll edit this later...

6 mm Miyuki Twist Bugles (in dyed transparent amethyst), 11/0 black and silk blue violet seed beads. Black C-Lon thread and a barrel clasp.

I hope they are :D if they aren't, I still like the result! (This devilish thing was a true bugle eater, if you try one with bugles be prepared with enough stock of them...)
